Who we are

Oxford Consultants for Social Inclusion (OCSI) are a spin-out research consultancy from the Social Disadvantage Research Centre at the University of Oxford. Since launching in 2003, we have worked with more than 100 public sector organisations at local, regional and national level to improve the evidence-base for making decisions.

Our core team combines excellent research skills together with detailed knowledge of the needs and challenges faced by public sector organisations partners. We have significant experience in supporting local capacity, strategic needs assessment and benchmarking, programme evaluation and development, targeting and allocating resources, modelling and scenario planning, geographic information systems (GIS) and database & web development technologies.
